This conference was planned to be held in Zibo, Shandong, China. But according to most of the participants’ willingness, it will be totally held online as a virtual conference. It’s a pity that we can not meet face to face in Shandong, but we do hope you could enjoy the online conference. Wish you could gain a lot from the conference and hope we could meet face to face next year. Your positively involvement is preferred.

Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technology are intertwined generate additional value. On the one hand, artificial intelligence can improve its credibility and security with the help of blockchain technology. On the other hand, blockchain technology can provide reliable data storage and exchange methods for artificial intelligence to improve the accuracy and efficiency of artificial intelligence. The conference was established to promote the development of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technology. It also provides opportunities for delegates in this field to exchange new ideas, applications and experiences. We hope that the conference results in significant contributions to the knowledge base in these scientific fields.

We had 4 keynote speeches and 2 online sessions that cover: Modern Information Systems and Blockchain Technology; Theory and Application of New Generation Artificial Intelligence in this three-day conference. I would like to take this opportunity to all the speakers for their sharing in the conference. Special thanks also given to the reviewers, session chairs as well as the authors and presenters who have contributed to this conference. We’d also like to thank the organizing committee, they have devoted to the success of the conference.

We hope that this event will contribute to the understanding of the questions about Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technology.
